A program of the Mt Zion Community Reinvestment Corporation, the Samaritan Clinic has served as a safety-net clinic for over 15 years, providing compassionate, affordable care for uninsured and under-insured individuals — serving 918 clients in 2025 alone. Now located inside the Legacy Wellness Center, the clinic focuses on both immediate health needs and long-term wellness, removing barriers to care and connecting patients with the resources needed for a healthier life.

Care designed to remove barriers.

Primary care for acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
Preventive screenings and check-ups to support long-term health outcomes
Vision care with screenings, prescription glasses, and referrals to specialists
Dental care including exams, cleanings, restorative procedures, and specialist referrals
Medication assistance with counseling, access to low-cost prescriptions, and partnerships for free or discounted medications
Care coordination connecting patients to hospitals, specialty providers, mental health resources, and social services
