As the first major development of the Harlem Renaissance Project, the Center represents a pivotal step in a three-phase vision to restore access, dignity, and opportunity through wellness. A healthier Albany starts with access…real access. The Legacy Wellness Center brings medical, dental, behavioral health, research, and wellness services together under one roof. Our integrated model helps reduce barriers, close gaps in care, and connect patients with the services, resources, and support they need in one place, from professionals who understand the community because they are part of it.
