Designed with intention, the conference room blends warm wood tones with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. A 14-foot conference table anchors the room, built-in technology supports presentations and virtual meetings, and flexible furniture allows conference, classroom, or breakout arrangements — a professional atmosphere suited for both business and community use.

  • 100-inch television with Logitech web camera and microphone for presentations and virtual meetings
  • HDMI connectivity and screen mirroring, with wireless keyboard and mouse
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • 14-foot conference table with breakout capability for six
  • Additional 6- to 8-foot tables for breakout or classroom-style arrangements
  • Seating for 18, with additional seating available upon request

Rates & Hours

Simple, transparent pricing.

  • $75 per hour — two-hour minimum
  • $100 security deposit, 100% refundable after your event
  • Available Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Overtime: $50 per hour after a 30-minute grace period
  • Cancel 48+ hours ahead for a full refund
  • Legacy Wellness Center tenants: first two hours free, no deposit

Good to Know

A few simple house rules.

  • Your rental period includes setup, event, and cleanup time
  • Please leave the room and equipment as you found them
  • No smoking or vaping inside the facility
  • Decorations require prior approval — no nails, tape, or adhesives
  • Keep noise at reasonable levels for neighboring tenants
